Orders for future releases usually ship within 2 weeks of the estimated available date. CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING Apollo uses United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service as our preferred carrier because it is a dependable and inexpensive shipping method. The shipping charges calculated on your on-line order are based on the weight and size of the item(s) ordered, and are usually correct. However, we reserve the right to recalculate your shipping charges if necessary because of large orders or items that are considered oversized. Shipping charge adjustments will not be made without your approval. We will contact you via email (using the address provided on your order) and request your authorization. Please note, your order can not be shipped without such authorization. It may take 7-10 business days for the complete processing and delivery of your order based on the delivery address. UPS only delivers to physical mailing address, so if you must have delivery to a PO Box, please choose the United States Postal Service (USPS) for your shipping method. If you need an order delivered quickly, please contact us as soon as possible. Other shipping methods tend to be more expensive and are determined by time constraints and delivery location. We also use USPS for delivery to APO and PO Boxes. Please contact Customer Service by phone or email within 7 business days of receipt for return authorization because all returns must have an authorization number. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for returns other than for model defect. Returned items must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging and must be received within 30 days of authorization. All of our products are carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipment. In addition, Carousel 1 also takes great care in providing packaging that protects both the collectible boxes and the models.
