Automated Preordering What is Automated Preordering? To help our customers avoid missing models they want to collect, we offer an Automated Preordering Service. With this option you may select the models you wish to order prior to their release. How does it work? It's simple. We regret that we cannot accept checks for preordering; we must have a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club number. -
We must have your original signature on the Preorder Form. What if I want to cancel a preorder? Just contact our Customer Service Department prior to order processing and let them know. If the order has already been shipped a restocking fee of 15% may apply.
