About Us
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Max Greiner, Jr. Designs Website and our “On-Line” Art & Gift Gallery, which you are now in. The work featured here is the creation of one artist, Max G. Greiner, Jr. In the spring of 1978, at the age of 26, Max and Sherry Greiner founded their art and design business, near the small town of Woodville, Texas. Initially, Max began his independent art and design career by creating drawings, paintings, jewelry, sculpture, and photography of wildlife, nature and archery subjects. However, in the spring of 1986, during a time of great difficulty, Max was called by God to begin making Christian art. Today, literally hundreds of different Greiner designs can be found in all 50 states and in more than 30 countries. His creations are in a variety of styles, mediums and forms. However, even though Max is the designer of all these creations, many of these works are the result of the assistance of other talented craftsmen. Without the dedication and skill of these experts, much of his artwork would not be possible. Max wishes to acknowledge and thank all the many gifted people who have assisted him in bringing his creations into existence. Max is a multi-talented artist, gifted from birth by God. He was encouraged not to limit his creative urges by professors at the College of Architecture, at Texas A&M University. As a result, he chose to explore the full extent of his imagination. While most people specialize in a particular area, Max has not. His work has ranged from Realism, through Impressionism, all the way to Expressionism, Abstraction and Surrealism. Because of his wide perspective and years of work, Max has achieved a professional level of success in many different creative disciplines, including drawing, painting, graphic design, photography, writing and architecture. At this stage in the artist’s life, he wants to spend his time and energy creating work, which is lasting and brings glory, honor and people to God.
