Registration is not required to use our site but it does have its advantages. Once you are registered and log in you don't have to fill out all your mailing and shipping information every time you place an order. You can review and repeat orders. You can track your order if your shipping choice offers tracking. And you can change your billing information and use the "Wish List" which is great if you like to take your time placing an order.

Please note, we do not sell or rent our customer list.

Web shopping is easy. On the left of the web page are a list of the Product Departments. Clicking on a Department takes you to the main product list for that department. From there you choose the brand or style of product desired. Balloons and Cosmetics are listed by brand names because that's how people know them. Twisting Accessories are listed by style: Tools, Apparel, Artwork etc. This makes it easier to find the type of product you are looking for. Clicking on a Brand or Style takes you to the product listing with a brief description. You can buy the product from that page or click on the product for a more complete description and to view any special pricing. The exception to this is products with a color choice. You will have to click through to the full description page to make your choices.

As you click from department to product listing to product page you will notice each click appearing in red at the top of the page.

Home > Face Paints > Snazaroo

This is known as a "Cookie Trail". The Cookie Trail allows faster navigation of the site. Say you just added a Snazaroo Color Wheel to your basket but you want some extra black and white refills to go with it. Instead of clicking back on the Face Paint department then on Snazaroo, just click on the word Snazaroo in the Cookie Trail.

Another time saver is the "Skip Basket" check box next to every "Buy" button. Every time you click the "Buy" button you are taken to the basket to view the contents. By activating the "Skip Cart" you will stay on the current product page. This is very handy if you are buying multiple colors of balloons or cosmetics. Un checking the "Skip Basket" will take you to your basket with the next "Buy" click. Or you can view your basket at any time by using the links at the top of the page or at the bottom of the Departments on the left of the page.

These are very good tools for those with a dial up connection

When you are finish shopping you will want to review what you have in your basket. At the Basket you can change the quantity of an item or delete it from the basket. Click "Update Basket" to view these changes.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express credit cards. We also offer PayPal and echeck options. All these option are available through the shopping cart.

COD is available in the continental US via UPS only for an additonal $9.00 UPS COD fee. Restrictions apply. You must have a money order or cashiers check for the UPS driver. UPS no longer accepts cash. First time COD users must call 800-648-6221 with their order.

Shipping Options

We use the post office - USPS and the United Parcel Service - UPS. We recommend UPS. UPS ground service is a little more expensive then USPS but all packages have a tracking number attached to them. This makes it much easier to locate your package should it become lost or delayed. Also a lost or damaged package with UPS is much easier to replace. With all lost or damaged packages you will have to pay for the product again and wait for a refund on the original shipment. With UPS service this is usually done in about a week, With USPS it is a minimum of 30 days and can take up to 5 months. You will be asked to make your shipping choice when going through the checkout process.

UPS includes $100 worth of insurance free with all of their services. Additional insurance is added to all UPS orders over $100. We add insurance cost to all USPS shipments with an order total over $75. There is no insurance on USPS orders under $75 unless you request it.

If you need expedited service i.e.: UPS 1 Next Day or 2nd Day please call800-648-6221. It's expensive and your information needs to be correct.

Transit days start the day after you place an order. i.e. order place on Monday with 2 day service will not arrive until Wednesday, order placed on Friday 1 day service will not arrive until Monday.
