Yes. We will be happy to take your order in advance and we highly recommend advance ordering during the holiday seasons!

How do you ship your products?
UPS Next Day Air service is required at all times for Gourmet-to-Go products and for layer cakes and cake truffles (during the summer months) to ensure the freshness of our products; therefore, additional charges AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER will apply in these circumstances. UPS Saturday Next Day delivery may be selected (where available) for additional charges. For UPS Two-Day Air during the colder months, layer cakes and cake truffles are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays ONLY to ensure freshness of our product. UPS Next Day Air orders can ship Monday-Thursday. Pound cakes and our Sweet & Salty items may ship anytime Monday through Friday.

Where should I have my order delivered?
We strongly recommend sending all shipments to an office or business location, but delivers may be made to residential addresses.

Does someone need to be present when the package is delivered?
For the convenience of our customers, Very Vera has given signature release to UPS for all of our products. Since a signature is not required for deliveries, arrangements to have someone present or aware they are receiving a shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer and is highly suggested due to the perishable nature of our products. In some instances, UPS reserves a right to require a signature for deliveries. If you would like to request that a signature be obtained for a delivery, please contact us at 800-500-VERA (8372).

What if the package is not delivered on the date I specified?
Any question regarding shipping should be addressed to our packaging department at 800-500-VERA (8372).

Can I freeze my food?
Yes. You may freeze all of our products immediately upon receipt. Instructions are included in the packaging.

If I place an order over the internet on the weekend, when can I expect Very Vera to receive it?
We are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Therefore, we would receive your order on the following business day. (Please note: We are closed for nationally recognized holidays.)

What if I would like to place an order to ship to many different recipients?
We suggest that you place your order online, fax in your order to (706) 860-2780, or email it to sales@veryvera.com. You can also call us at (800) 500-VERA (8372), but we highly recommend the other three options during busy holiday seasons.
